DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
If you have received a damaged Magazine you can contact us on our official email id listed on this website and get a replacement magazine within 10 days of us receiving your request at no extra cost. Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the magazine and a replacement will be shipped to you.
You can cancel your subscription by emailing us on our official email id listed on this website before the first magazine is shipped to you. Your entire subscription amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, a subscription cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.
Once you request the cancellation of subscription of your magazine, it will take us a maximum of 6-7 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
