BRIDGING THE GAP
Bringing dentists closer to their labs!
Rapid changes are occurring in the field of dentistry
that are impacting the way dentists and dental labo-
ratories must work with each other. Materials and
procedures are evolving and at the same time, the
knowledge and demands of the patient are on the
rise. In order to face these exciting yet challenging
times it is imperative that the dentist and dental lab
should be involved in a fruitful and interactive part-
nership.
Cooperation is needed between them on better
education for both and management and sharing of
information to ensure the growth of this partner-
ship.
We spoke to some leading laboratories on the
common problems that they face with respect to
their dentist clients. Following this inputs were
taken from some senior clinicians on how these
problems can be addressed and possible solutions
offered.
We hope we can play a small though important
role in Bridging the Gap!
