British dental technician is Hollywood’s preferred person for

             special effects teeth

Chris Lyons has created prosthetic teeth for Harry Potter, Star Wars and Game of
Thrones, and most recently, 28 Years Later.
For the last 40 years, Lyons has left a big impression on the world of cinematic
teeth. He has created custom teeth, tusks and all manner of other mandibles for
film and television projects including Star Wars, Jurassic World, Indiana Jones
and the famous Game of Thrones.
He has perfected pairs of zombified teeth for World War Z, The Last of Us and,
most recently, 28 Years Later – continuing the work he began in 2002.
Much like the design process, the fabrication process frequently changes, but
it always begins by casting the actor’s mouth or, occasionally, taking a digital,
intraoral scan. From this, a plaster model is created.
On top of that, the design is sculpted in wax, and then send for approval. Once
approved, moulds are made and then the finished article is created – using only
medical-grade dental materials, and AcrylStains, an emulsion to stain the teeth.

Chris offers a worldwide comprehensive mobile service through his company
Fangs FX, which facilitates the taking of impressions and final fitting. Having
worked with many leading actors/actresses the entire team have a “can do”
attitude when faced with challenging projects. Michael Rooker in Guardians of the Galaxy

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE CASE Welcome to the Asia’s Biggest Dental Exhibition

             AGAINST COIMBATORE DENTIST

The district consumer disputes redressal commission has
directed a private dentist to pay a compensation of 1 lakh
to a woman who suffered severe pain, infection and further
complications due to medical negligence according to a report
             in Times of India.
According to an official source, the patient visited a private
dental care centre in February 2025, seeking to address her
             tooth pain.
After a scan, one of her teeth was removed. Following
the procedure, she suffered unbearable pain for three days th
and rushed back to the clinic, only to find it closed. She then 19
sought treatment at another private hospital.”
Doctors at the new clinic informed her that the extraction
was not done properly, leading to pus formation around the
tooth socket. They also found that the blood vessel connected
to the tooth was not sealed correctly, causing fluid discharge,
             the source said.
Due to the dentist’s negligence, the patient lost a tooth, had
two more removed and later underwent implantation. She ENTRY FREE
spent more than 1.5 lakh on scans, medicines, consultations
and implant procedures, the source said.
In its order, the commission directed the dentist to
pay 1,00,000 as compensation for the physical and mental
suffering caused and another 5,000 towards legal expenses.
