MANAGING CLASS 3 RESTORATIONS
IN CROWDED LOWER ANTERIORS

CASE HISTORY
• 45 year old lady visited our dental office for the treatment of mul-
tiple defects in her oral cavity.
• Patient comes from poor social economic status with no medical
history.
• No complaint of continuous pain, only present while having hot
and cold items.
CLINICAL AND RADIOGRAPHICAL EXAMINATION
• Poor oral hygiene
• Over crowded teeth
• Multiple class 3 defects on all lower anteriors
• IOPA shows no signs of periapical infection

TREATMENT PLAN flosser
• Oral prophylaxis with deep cleaning • Regular follow up every 15 days to monitor her oral hygiene
• Patient put on electric small head tooth brush along with water • Restoration phase split into 02 settings left/right quadrant
