INDIAN PARTICIPATION AT INSIGHTS 2024

The power packed contingent from India included dentists, dental
technicians, exhibitors and media representatives and saw a significant
increase in numbers as compared to the last edition of Insights in 2022.
Noteworthy was the participation of Indian implant manufacturer,
i-Fix Implants as a Silver partner. This is what some of the participants
           had to say:
           DR. BURZIN KHAN
exocad has been a steadfast support and educational partner for the
Digital Dental Forum since our inception. I always look forward to this
biennial event for its new launches, advancements, and networking
opportunities with top-notch speakers, colleagues, and industry partners.
This year saw record participation including a strong Indian contingent.
Highlights included the 3.2 Elefsina software, particularly the exoplan
Elefsina 3.2 implant planning software with a stackable guide workflow,
and the incorporation of AI for crown design and exocad’s Smile Creator
for a smoother, faster, and more predictable workflow. Noteworthy
presentations included “Power of Avatars” by Dr. Miguel Stanley and
sessions by esteemed speakers like Dr. August de Oliveira, Dr. Elaine
Halley, and Edris Rasta, which captivated the audience. Company partners
conducted various workshops, giving participants a comprehensive
overview of digital dentistry. As usual the ‘white night’ evening was a
cracker of an event for all to unwind, relax and dance the night away. All in
all, exocad excelled in giving its users and partners the supreme experience
of excellence in whatever they do and deliver. Learning with fun!

After the positive feedback from those who attended exocad insights 2022,
this event had been on my checklist to attend and I can definitely say that
insights 2024 in picturesque Palma de Mallorca was a power packed event
with tremendous learning and networking opportunities. It provided a
good platform to connect with highly skilled technicians and clinicians,
gain technical information that had evidence-based application and refine
our clinical skills. Useful interactions with globally renowned speakers
helped us enhance our knowledge and gave us a global perspective in digital
dental solutions. A major highlight of the event was the sneak-peek of
A.R.T. which will combine tooth alignment with restorative treatments for
comprehensive dentistry within the exocad software. A new cloud-based
solution will enable post-ortho- and restorative treatment visualization for
patient consultation, revolutionizing patient communication and clinical
           practice.

Being a dental ceramist, and a solution provider to the dental fraternity
for almost 27 years, I have seen how exocad has gracefully integrated into
my every day practice as a default workflow. It is almost impossible to
imagine a day without designing a case on the exocad platform and that is
the reason this event was so important for me to attend. The lectures were
quite informative and some tips and tricks we got to learn from them have
already proved useful to me after i got back. The exocad Insights was not
just an opportunity for the lab technicians and clinicians to come together
on a common platform, it was a fantastic event to share ideas and network
with like-minded dental leaders. I was lucky to meet some really close
to heart yet globally distant friends from the dental fraternity. All the
sessions at the program were top notch and useful for both technicians
and clinicians. Flying from Kolhapur in India to Palma de Mallorca may
have been quite a journey but it was worthwhile in every way.
