CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE
IN INDIA: A CONVERSATION WITH
DENTSPLY SIRONA
As Dentsply Sirona marks three decades of their presence in India, MediMedia India had the privilege of sitting down with two key
individuals shaping the company’s vision in the region — Mr. Jeffrey Wang, Vice President and General Manager of Emerging Asia,
and Mr. Rajinder Arora, General Manager of India. In this exclusive conversation, they reflect on the company’s journey, strategic
direction, and groundbreaking innovations, including the recent launch of the VDW.ROTATE™ system.
MediMedia: Congratulations on 30 years of Dentsply Sirona India!
What does this milestone mean to the organization?
Jeffrey Wang: Thank you. Reaching our 30th anniversary in India is
a significant milestone — not just in terms of years, but in the legacy
we’ve built. It’s a reflection of our long-standing commitment to this
market and our investment in supporting the dental ecosystem here.
Over the years, we’ve gone beyond delivering high-quality dental
products. We have contributed to raising the standard of care through
innovation, education, and clinical excellence. It’s an honour to be a
part of this journey. We don’t just see ourselves as a business operating
in India — we’re proud to be partners in the growth of healthcare and
dental wellness in the country.
Rajinder Arora: I absolutely agree. Completing 30 years in a market as
dynamic as India speaks volumes about our consistency, customer trust,
and the value we deliver. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see our technologies
being used across the country — not just in metros, but in Tier 2 and
Tier 3 cities as well. Our goal has always been to empower dentists with
world-class solutions, and this reinforces our commitment to continue
supporting Indian practitioners with even greater energy and purpose
in the years ahead.
