outcome.
LABORATORY MOCK-UP AND FUNCTIONAL
VALIDATION
Using the validated incisal position and digital data, a full-arch
diagnostic mock-up was fabricated and transferred intraorally.
With the mock-up in place, the following were assessed:
• Anterior guidance and excursive movements
• Phonetics
• Occlusal contacts

with the direct mock-up This reversible phase confirmed that closure of the anterior
open bite could be achieved restoratively without compromising
the neuromuscular harmony.
TOOTH PREPARATION: A MINIMALLY INVASIVE
PHILOSOPHY
Enamel preservation was prioritized throughout the rehabilitation
to ensure optimal adhesive predictability. We used the APT
technique by Galip Gurel to do the preparations, preserving the
enamel.
